Prospective tenants should complete an Application for Admission and have physician fill out the medical form.
For your convenience, the application may also be filled out online. This application is processed by a secure server. No unauthorized person will be able to see your application at any point during this process. Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by our admissions department to complete the process.
There is a $50 application fee.
Once application and physician form are received by us, a brief meeting and assessment will be scheduled. We must ensure that individuals applying to Wiggins Place are capable of living safely within the scope of services we provide. Upon successful completion of the assessment, you will be placed on the wait list for move-in.
No person will be denied admission on the basis of race, color, sex, religion or national origin.
